The purpose of this site to provide authorized members of the press who have registered with NarniaResources.com (“Authorized Users") with publicity material (“Press Material") that promotes “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe" motion picture, distributed by Buena Vista Pictures Distribution (the “Motion Picture"). You'll find downloadable images, photographs and documents as well as streaming video and audio files on this site. New and updated materials will be added to the site as they become available.

By using this site, you signify your assent to these Terms (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this site. Motive Entertainment (“Motive," also referred to herein as “we," “us," or “our") reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.

NO UNAUTHORIZED USE

These Press Materials are provided to you, the Authorized User, for the sole purpose of assisting you in publicizing and promoting the Motion Picture in domestic press outlets. Your log-on ID and password are confidential and personal to you and may not be disclosed to, or used by, anyone else. You may not transfer these Press Materials to anyone else without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized transfer or use of Press Materials may subject you to criminal and civil penalties.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

This site is owned and operated by Motive. You may download certain designated photographs, images and documents contained in the Press Materials only for the purpose of directly promoting the Motion Picture. Any other use of the Press Materials is prohibited.

You agree to include all applicable credits, copyright notices, trademark notices and other proprietary notices designated by Motive and by Buena Vista Pictures Marketing in all materials derived from downloaded Press Materials.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

This site is controlled and operated by Motive from its offices within the State of California, United States of America. Unless otherwise specified, the Press Materials are presented solely for the purpose of publicizing the Motion Picture released in the United States and its territories, possessions, and protectorates. You may supply Press Materials only to press outlets within the United States. BVPM makes no representation that the Press Materials are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Parties outside the United States are not authorized to access this site or use any Press Materials.

TERMINATION

These Terms constitute an Agreement, which shall be in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all Press Materials and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under these Terms or otherwise. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Motive if in Motive’s sole judgment you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all Press Materials obtained from this site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. If you do not immediately stop using such Press Materials after Motive has determined that you are acting in an unauthorized manner, you hereby grant Motive the right to instruct your Internet Service Provider to deactivate your web site immediately. You agree to indemnify and hold Motive harmless from any claims and damages arising out of such instruction to your Internet Service Provider.

THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by an authorized agent of both parties.

NO ADVERTISING, SOLICITATION OR ENDORSEMENT

You are prohibited from using the Disney name, characters or properties and those of its affiliated or related companies, in any advertising, offers or solicitations, in any advertising, offers or solicitations, in any media as a means to advertise or to suggest endorsement of any product or service.
